Our inductive reasoning tests have been designed by chartered occupational psychologists, ex-SHL consultants and experienced business psychologists. Angela Wilkinson

With over 15 years of managing selection protocols in the automotive industry, Angela is our Human Resources guru. Angela has overseen selection procedures ranging from lowly intern to lofty executive.

Emma Gardner

Software Developer

Our resident IT wiz, Emma gained much of her software development experience by designing & implementing software for a major E-learning publisher. Emma programs the test simulation software and scoring algorithm.
